Our Staff

Jollan has broad mining experience over his 10-year career with exposure to underground gold and copper commodities in Western Australia and Queensland. Graduated from the Western Australian School of mines in 2009 with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining Engineering) 

During his career, Jollan has gained a variety of experience working for Gold Fields Australia, Resolute and St Barbara in various Mining Engineering roles before founding Innovative Blasting Technologies in 2016. Jollan’s experience ranges from narrow vein to bulk stoping mining methods, long hole stoping, sub-level caving and paste backfill.

In addition to Jollan’s Mining Engineering experience, he has also held the position of Alternate Underground Manager at New Holland Underground Gold Mine.
