IBT graduate from RISE Accelerator Program
The future of mining and energy resources innovation was on show last week when IBT Director Jollan Kingsley was among 17 of Australia’s most promising equipment, technology and service suppliers to graduate from the RISE (Resources Innovators, Scale-ups and Entrepreneurs) Accelerator Program.At dual graduation ceremonies in Perth and Brisbane on Friday 7 June 2019, IBT presented to investors, industry experts and potential customers showcasing our technologies and business models in front of a live audience.
The events marked the successful 12-week intensive RISE initiative, an industry collaboration between METS Ignited and NERA Industry Growth Centres, with funding and support from Queensland and Western Australian Governments and delivery partner KPMG.
RISE was developed to accelerate the commercialization of new products and services into Australia’s priority mining and energy resources sectors and take these opportunities global. The program was designed to help scale-ups develop their innovation, win more work and grow their businesses. IBT has found this program invaluable in spearheading its innovation into the industry, helping to define their value proposition and market and business strategy.Joining IBT in the program were representatives from Digatex, Global Tenement,Tan Ninety,Innovative Blasting Technologies, Chronix, Carbontech Composite Systems and A60N.
